This blog targets an audience of students less familiar with Common Law and Anglo-Saxon legal thinking, than with the statute-based codified law of their own countries. It provides a first exposure to comparative methodology. It places Law students in the shoes of lawyers who first argue a case that will eventually become precedent. And it confronts students in Economics with legal underpinnings they took for granted, in price theory, exchange and efficiency.
